Meatballs and baked potatoes

So, for the recipe, you will need:
For the sauce:
butter – 5 tbsp. spoons;
milk – 4 glasses;
flour – 4 tbsp. spoons;
ground nutmeg – 0.5 tsp.
salt – 2 tsp;
For the meatballs:
potatoes – 3-4 pcs.;
150 g mozzarella;
minced beef – 400-500 g;
chopped parsley – 1 tsp;
garlic – 1 clove;
paprika – to taste;
salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation:
Step 1
Uncover and boil 3 potatoes for 8 minutes.
Cut into slices and rank at the bottom of a round baking recipe.
Put other slices upright.
2nd step
In a bowl, combine 800g ground beef,
1 minced white onion,
1 tbsp.
a teaspoonful of parsley and a pinch of paprika.
Season with salt and pepper.

Pour over the meatballs, and garnish with a thin coating of grated mozzarella.
