1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp water
1/4 cup low fat cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups broccoli florets, chopped

Directions :
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Put the chicken on a chopping board and utilizing a sharp knife, slice through the middle to generate a pocket for the stuffing.
Repeat this with all the chicken breasts, then season with paprika, pepper, salt..
In a mixing pot, mix broccoli with shredded cheese, garlic powder, and cream cheese. season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pet the mixture into the chicken breasts, and ensure the pocket using toothpicks.
Heat oil in a wide, ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 3 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven and bake for further 16-18 minutes.
A meat thermometer included in the middle of the chicken should show 165F.
